SCIENCE FESTIVALS and Family Science Nights

Host a science festival during the day for the entire school or in the evening for a fun family event! We supply all the materials for engaging hands-on activities and you supply volunteers to help teach.

This dynamic experience enhances scientific inquiry skills and will encourage lifelong learning in groups of up to 500 participants.

The following must be provided by the festival location:

  • 10 tables and chairs
  • 12 volunteers minimum (please ask volunteers to arrive at least 45 minutes before event for training)
  • large open space and electrical outlets

Apollo Adventure

1st – 8th Grade

Discover the cosmos through 10 hands-on interactive stations. Participants will use a variety of science and engineering practices to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for space and space exploration. This program was developed with the support of Ford.

SCIENCEPALOOZA inspires children and adults to discover and appreciate the wonders of science. This interactive, hands-on program allows participants to explore fundamental concepts relevant to our societies growing needs. While rotating through a series of 10 activities, SCIENCEPALOOZA participants will prepare for a life full of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)!

Energy on the Move

4th – 8th Grade

This program is made possible with the generous support of Aramco Americas.

Investigate energy with 10 hands-on activity stations. Participants learn about the significance of non-renewable and renewable resources and explore ways to increase energy efficiency. Topics include: Wind Power, Solar Power, Bio Fuels, Fossil Fuels, Energy Transfer, Sustainability and more!
