Dayna works full-time as an Employee Engagement Manager in the Information Technology department at The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN). She is responsible for ensuring that all 1,300 CBN employees have the proper technology to collaborate and communicate with each other and that they are engaged in their jobs. Dayna also speaks at corporate technology and communications conferences and is a highly sought after speaker both nationally and internationally.
Dayna is a Cass Technical High School graduate. She also graduated from Tennessee State University with both a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration. She most recently graduated from Regent University with a Master of Divinity.
