Scout Workshops

Let us put your scout group at the center of science at the Michigan Science Center!

Our scout workshops offer interactive and immersive activities that explore STEM concepts and are tailored to fit each age group while satisfying requirements for earning elective badges.

ECHO Live!

Students are invited to tune in every Wednesday at 2:30 PM Eastern as our educators present live science experiments from our Distance Learning studio for FREE. We’ll show off some of our biggest and most exciting large-scale science demos that you can tune into from school or at home! Programs are broadcast live on the Michigan Science Center Facebook page and YouTube channel, no registration required!

Host a Birthday Party at MiSci!

Celebrate another trip around the sun as you explore all 220+ exhibits, including Math Alive!, enjoy live science demonstrations, and interactive lab activities for your group. Bring your family and friends in for a fun filled day of science, play, and celebration.

Young Explorers

The Michigan Science Center’s Young Explorers Program invites our youngest scientists (ages 2-5, not yet enrolled in kindergarten) to dive into a range of STEM topics based on the theme of the week. These classes incorporate elements of literacy, social-emotional learning, play, pattern-recognition and improving motor skills to engage our guests in the world of science and design.
